Fujijin Nabe Dashi -Japanese Sopu Base for Hot Pot - Kimuchi (4 Servings) - 6.7 Fl Oz Nabe is a dish made of a variety of vegetables, tofu, noodles, and meat. These ingredients are boiled in a stock made of “dashi”, fish stock, “konbu” kelp, and other various condiments. Normally, nabe is cooked in a ceramic pot on a portable gas element that’s placed on your dining table or kotatsu. Nabe could have to be one of the easiest Japanese dishes to make! It is specially great for a cold winter day. You can also use this great taste soup base to cook your noodle. Just Boil 200 ml water, add one pack of soup base, add vegetable, tofu, meat etc, and add the precook noodle! We recommedate our Kanesu Maiko Japanese noodle!
